Andrea (he/him) is an Italo-Berliner video producer specializing in marketing videos, social media content, and online advertising. He helps companies and institutions develop creative concepts and organize full video productions from start to finish.

Depending on the scope of the project, he can work as a one-person production powerhouse - handling concept development, filming, editing, and post-production or he can lead and manage a production team for larger, more complex projects.

Through his recent work in a Berlin production agency, he has gained extensive, hands-on experience managing corporate film productions for international clients, including image films, campaign assets, and digital content.

Whenever time allows, he also enjoys working on independent film or theatre projects, exploring new visual styles and storytelling approaches.

Stefano (he/him) moved to Berlin in 2012, when startups were exploding and innovation was in the air. It was the perfect playground: diverse, international, and full of networking gold mines. He dove straight into the internationalization of the ecommerce DaWanda, collaborating with talented teams and forming friendships that last to this day. From there, he joined the software industry, sharpening his SEA skills at Productsup and expanding into SEO at Localyze.

With over 6 years in B2B SaaS and fast-moving startups, Stefano specializes in performance-driven marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, build pipeline, and drive revenue. From paid campaigns to SEO optimization, he has led demand generation across multiple markets and buyer journeys, helping companies expand, scale, and achieve sustainable growth.
